Make sure to turn the vanilla game hud off in the options!
Goal here was to center up the screen a bit so you don't have to look in the top left corner every five seconds. Readability is key, so things only light up when they need to and everything is commented so you can change colors and such.
There's two additional options as console commands:
/oldmode: Moves everything up to the top left like in the vanilla game.
[Off by default]
/oldmode4x3: Same as oldmode but specifically for 4:3 aspect ratio.

Install instructions
Drop the mod in your mods folder. Turn the in game hud off in the options.
In your main/startup or the console type...
/loadmod mods\tinyhud.mod
